Our promise
What School Buddy does with your email
School Buddy reads your email so it can find the school, team and club messages. Everything else is skipped and not kept.
From those messages we save the useful parts: dates, deadlines, to-dos, and a short line showing where each came from. The email itself is deleted after 30 days.
We never sell your information, and we never use it to train anything.
We only share it with the services we need to run School Buddy (hosting, email processing and text-message delivery), and they can’t use it for anything else.
Disconnect any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. “Delete everything” in Settings removes it all within 30 days.
If you ever feel we’re not keeping these promises, email Julie directly at julie@theschoolbuddy.ai. She’ll read it herself.
The full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
